Is DPC health insurance?
No. Direct Primary Care is not health insurance and does not replace health insurance.
Your DPC membership is designed to cover eligible primary-care services provided through Azum Medical according to the membership agreement.
Patients should maintain appropriate health insurance or other coverage for healthcare needs outside the membership.
Care coordination when additional services are needed.
When additional services are medically necessary, Azum Medical can help coordinate your care.
Prescription medications, outside laboratory testing, imaging, specialist visits, and other third-party services are generally not included in the monthly DPC membership fee unless specifically stated in your membership agreement.
